| Jefferson County Horse Council August meeting, will held be on Monday the 3rd at 7:30 PM at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds Green Mountain Conference Room. Join us for an opportunity to learn more about Trail Safety and Etiquette. Our guest speaker will be Kim Baker, Founder of KB Natural Horsemanship. She will talk about the importance and what you can do to stay safe out on the trail. She will also discuss what to do if you go out on the trail alone and how to behave responsibly when going out in groups. Please email
